A career in cybersecurity.Built by your community.

ISCE is a 15-month training program placing Indigenous communities into Canada's defence supply chain. No tuition. No debt. A capability your community comes to own.

A career. A pathway. A capability your community comes to own.

Funding model

No tuition. No debt.

ISCE finds the funding so participants never pay out of pocket. No tuition. No student debt. Employment opportunities begin after completing Tier 1.

Real careers

Placed into Canada's supply chain

Graduates are placed into cybersecurity and compliance roles within Canada's defence and infrastructure sectors. In-demand skills. Recognized credentials. Long-term careers.

Community ownership

Built to be owned, not borrowed

ISCE is designed to transfer. Communities begin as training recipients and progress to running their own cohorts under the ISCE credential framework. Full self-determination is the goal.

How it works.

Tier 01

Learn

Entry level · Funded training

Participants start with the foundations of cybersecurity compliance. Organising documents, records, and supporting security practices. Internal shadowing only at this stage. Training is funded. No cost to participants.

Tier 02

Practice

Employed · Client work begins

Participants move into assessments, system reviews, and readiness support. Work becomes client deployable. Skills are tested against real compliance requirements.

Tier 03

Lead

Employed · Fully deployable

Participants lead program coordination, audits, and compliance work. Fully deployable into Canada's defence and infrastructure supply chain. Professional wage.

Built to be owned.

ISCE is not a program communities attend. It is a capability they come to own. Every community begins as a training recipient and has a clear path to running their own cohorts under the ISCE credential framework.

Stage 01

Training recipient

Community members are trained and placed into Canada's defence supply chain. ISCE delivers the full program. No prior infrastructure required.

Stage 02

Training partner

ISCE comes to the community and trains identified instructors. Internal capacity is built to deliver the program independently.

Stage 03

Independent operator

The community runs its own cohorts under the ISCE credential framework. Full self-determination. Your instructors. Your graduates. Your workforce.
